Wedding Packages

• All events that will have alcohol must have our staffed bartender on site, breaking such rule will void the rental contract and event will be shutdown.
• No open flames inside venue (chaffing dishes are the only exception)
• Any personal belongings left behind will be disposed of unless specified to the owners. 
• Once the event has started, at no time after will alcohol be permitted to be brought into the venue. 
• If alcohol is found outside of the venue premises the client will be invoiced an additional cleaning fee.
• We hold the right to require security depending on the event and amount of guest. 
• absolutely  no alcohol is allowed to be stored or served outside of the bar area, any Champaign bottles must be apple cyder if placed on tables
• We are not liable for natural disasters, excessive heat warming, power outages, WIFI Outage, A/C outage, storms. 
• If doors area left unlocked during and after rental time, (when client isn't there) client is labile for any theft, or damages. 
• Glitter and paint are prohibited on site unless approved by the venue owners.
